Abstract: By combining the hesitant fuzzy set and bipolar soft set models, the author gave a new concept of bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets, as well as some operators on the bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets, such as complement, “AND”, “OR”, extended union, extended intersection, restricted union and restricted intersection. By means of reduct bipolar fuzzy soft sets and level cut sets, the author proposed an adjustable method to bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets based on decision making, and gave the method of making the best choice.
