Abstract: The derivatization of benzosriprodiones obtained from Pd₂(dba)₃ participated ringopening reaction of Obromophen
ylcyclobutanone derivatives was studied, a series of substrates containing different functional groups were investigated by BaeyerVilliger reaction and Wittig reaction. The results show that different types of benzospirocyclic compounds can be prepared by the proposed method with high selectivity.
