Abstract: The stannic anhydride (SnO2) nanoparticles were synthesized by simple hydrothermal method and used as sensing materials after calcination at high temperature. In the process of synthesis, glucose and palladium were used as structure directing agent and material modification agent. The test results show that in the atmosphere of 100 μg/L n-butanol, the sensitive material of Pd doped SnO2 with mole fraction of 0.04 has the highest sensitivity, the response value is 44.2, the response time is 37.8 s, and it has good selectivity and stability.
