Quantum Wave Equation of Photon

Abstract: We gave the relativistic expression of Lagrangian function and Hamiltonian of particles in the external field. Let rest mass m0=0, we further gave the Hamiltonian of photons and the potential energy of photons in the medium. On this basis, we gave the quantum wave equation of free and non-free photons, which could be used to study the quantum dispersion relation and quantum transmission of light in photonic crystals.
