Abstract: Based on the stability analysis theory, by using linear matrix inequality method and cross term definition method, the author designed a dynamic output feedback H∞ controllers without memory and memory, constructed a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii(L-K) functional, and derived a sufficient criterion for the asymptotic stability of dynamic output feedback control under the condition of meeting H∞ performance index, the obtained theorem was suitable for standard and non-standard cases. The effectiveness of the control method was verified by numerical example.
