Abstract:
Based on the total control of water resources development, control of water resources utilization efficiency and control of total pollutant discharge in water functional zones, we constructed the index system of performance evaluation about the surface water major pollutants’ sourcecontrolling and emission reduction in Siping City from 3 aspects of the performance of current situation of water use efficiency, the performance of sourcecontrolling and emission reduction technology and the performance of pollutant control. Using entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, with 2007 as the base year, we evaluated the performance of sourcecontrolling and emission reduction in Siping City from 2008 to 2012. The results show that the evaluation method is feasible.
