Abstract: With automatic electric potential titrantion and sodium gluconate as the complexing agent, which can coordinate to the aluminum in the sodium aluminate solution, followed by the replacement of aluminum in sodium aluminate solution with KF and the same equivalent weight of OH- to that of aluminum was released, the contents of caustic hydroxide, sodium carbonate and alumina in the sodium aluminate solutions can be continuously determined. It makes the analysis simple, fast and the result is satisfied.

Key words: automatic electric potential titration, sodium aluminate solution, caustic hydroxide, sodium carbonate,  alumina
