Abstract:
A homemade solidphase microextraction coating was used to determine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and phthalate esters(PAEs) in water via headspace solidphase microextraction combined with gas chromatography(HSSPMEGC). The conditions effecting on SPME were optimized as an extraction temperature of 70 ℃, an extraction time of 50 min by headspace, a desorption time of 5 min at 280 ℃, a NaCl concentration of 4 g and stirring rate in some speed. The detection limits were 0.005—0.1 μg/L, and the linear range was 1—100 μg/L. The recovery of east lake water in Wuhan City was 72.0%—116.3%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.2%—8.5%.
Key words: solidphase microextraction; gas chromatography; polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs); phthalate esters (PAEs); water sample
