Preparation and Characterization of Nano Cellulose Carrier by Ultrasonic Assisted Enzymatic Hydrolysis

Abstract: Using microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) as raw materials, nano cellulose carrier (NCC) was prepared by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic hydrolysis. The morphology, thermal stability and particle size of NCC were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), particle size analysis, Fourier transform infrared  (FT-IR) spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that the diameter of NCC prepared by MCC enzymatic hydrolysis ranges from 10.10 to 18.17 nm, and the length ranges from 531.20 to 1 106.00 nm, its thermal performance is more stable.
