Numerical Computation of |Periodic Solutions Generated byGeneralized Hopf Bifurcation of 3-Dimensional PiecewiseSmooth Filippov-Type Equation

Abstract:

We studied a numerical method for computing the periodic solutions generated by generalized Hopf bifurcation of 3dimensional piecewise smooth Filippovtype equation. Poincaré map was constructed in each smooth region. Computing the fixed point of composite Poincaré map, we obtained the periodic solutions of generalized Hopf bifurcation. Furthermore, the numerical computation of an example was also carried out to illustrate the efficiency of the method.
