Automatic Control System Design of Sewage Treatment Based on CASS

摘要:

为提高设备厂家及自控专业人员远在故障现场时处理及解决问题的效率, 在CASS(Cyclic Activated Sludge System)工艺的污水处理自控系统中设计并实现了超远程监控与维护功能模式。依据CASS工艺的特点, 开发了一套稳定可靠的污水处理自控系统, 详细阐述了该控制系统中上/下位机的设计方案、 网络拓朴结构等内容, 并在下位机编程过程中提出了一种基于状态转移图的编程方法; 给出了利用DameWare软件在污水处理控制系统中实现超远程监控与维护的操作方法。投运效果表明, 自控系统性能稳定, 运行可靠, 尤其是超远程监控与维护功能的设计有效降低了故障诊断与解决的时间, 达到了设计的目标及要求。

Abstract:

In order to improve the performance of equipment manufacturer and self-control professionals in the scene of processing and solve the problem of efficiency, the CASS(Cyclic Activated Sludge System) process of automatic sewage treatment control system was designed and implemented in  addition to the rem
ote monitoring and maintenance function model. Based on the characteristics of the CASS technology, we developed a set of stable and reliable sewage treatment automatic control system. The upper/lower machine design scheme of the control system was introduced in detail, including network topology structure etc. The bit machine in the process of programming is put forward based on the state transition diagram programming method. DameWare sof
tware is described in detail in the sewage treatment control system to excute the significance of remote monitoring and maintenance function and operation method. Operation result shows that the control system performance is stable and reliable, especially over the design of remote monitoring and main tenance functions effectively which reduces the fault diagnosis and resolution time, meets the design goals and requirements.
