Optimization Design of Magnetic Coupling Mechanism of Downhole WPT System in Oilfield

摘要: 为优化油田井下无线电能传输系统磁耦合机构, 提出一种改进型螺线管型磁耦合机构, 采用 Maxwell 电磁场仿真工具提出一种优化设计方法, 并通过研究 LCC-S 高阶补偿拓扑的特性得到了 LCC-S 的补偿设计公式和主要电路特性, 最后使用 PSIM(Power Simulation)仿真软件通过闭环 PI (Proportion Integration)控制验证了提出的耦合结构和补偿拓扑的设计可行性和正确性, 结果表明, 该磁耦合机构适合油井下供电场景。

Abstract: In order to optimize the magnetic coupling mechanism of underground radio energy transmission system in oil field, an improved solenoid type magnetic coupling mechanism is proposed for the magnetic coupling mechanism of the underground wireless power transmission system in the oil field. And an optimization design method is proposed by using the Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation tool. The characteristics of the LCC-S high-order compensation topology are studied. The compensation design formula and main circuit characteristics of LCC-S are obtained. Finally, the feasibility and correctness of the proposed coupling structure and compensation topology are verified by closed-loop PI ( Proportion Integration) control through PSIM ( Power Simulation) simulation software.
