Abstract:
Considering the disadvantages of large calculation and bad adaption,periodic change of fabrics texture was used.Base on that, morphological filtering is carried out and the threshold is confirmed by using pixel area,then the defects position is found.As a result,it will not affect the veracity and improve the computational speed.The experimental results show that the defect position is in accord with human subjective vision decreasing the error rate by 4%.
