Design of Automotive Industry Accessory Information System

We designed an automotive industry accessory information system which consists of ZigBee wireless transmission and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)
 technology.The wireless system could be used in the composing room and garbage in 4S shop completing the collection and transmission of the industry information,promoting the information currency in the process of repair and assembly.Comparing to the traditional information systems,the reliabity and speed of the design heve been grately improreed.

Research on TiO2 Ultraviolet Photodetectors with Pt Electrodes

To solve the problems of insensitive response and low degree photoresponse in wide bandgap semiconductor UV(ultraviolet)  photodetectors,Pt electrodes with high work function was introduced to TiO2 ultraviolet detectors. TiO2 ultraviolet detectors with Pt electrodes have been fabricated and studied. Nano TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol- gel method,and Pt film was deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering directly on the semiconductor films. At 5 V bias,the dark current of the detectors was 4.5 nA,and the photocurrent was 5.7 μA under irradiation of 260 nm UV light. High photoresponse of 447 A/W was found under irradiation of 260 nm UV light,which is much higher than those of photodetectors with other electrodes (about 200 A/W).At last,the peripheral circuit was designed and the final UV photodetector was fabricated. Experiments show that the detector successfully solve the problems of traditional wide-bandgap semiconductor ultraviolet detector.

In the standard model an unforgeable chosen message attacks security  IBS(Identity-Based Signature)  scheme was proposed by PS(Paterson and Schuldt),
which was based on computational Diffie-Hellman problem in bilinear pairing group.Two independent Waters' identity hash functions were directly employed to tr
eat the user's identity and the signature message respectively,so PS's IBS scheme had poor security reduction efficiency.An improved Waters' identity hash function parameters selecting method was proposed.The new method was employed to improve PS's IBS signature scheme,which made the security reduction efficiency of the new IBS scheme having greatly improvementfrom O((qkn)-2) to O((qkn)-1),so the improved scheme was more security and trustable.

Inorder to have generalityin  scaling operational circuit design.We present an add and subtract operational circuits of arbitrary scaling coefficient.The relationship of the scaling coefficient with balancing resistor and the feedback resistor.The equilibrium conditions of an amplifier's input resistance is converted into the relationship of the scale factor of the input signal.And to explore the input resistance of balance, scale factor value of the relationship between changes in the subtraction circuit constitute a change in the fom.Gives some new circuit designs and expands the application scope of proportional arithmetic circuit.

Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Memetic Algorithm

In order to  solve multi-objective optimization problems,a new memetic algorithm is proposed,which combines the global search ability of particle swarm optimization with synchronous local search heuristic for directed local fine-tuning.A new particle updating strategy is presented to deal with the problem of premature convergence and diversity maintenance in the swarm based upon the concept of fuzzy global-best.The proposed new features are verified to show their individual and combined effect in multi-objective optimization.The reactive power optimization result of IEEE14 node system by the new memetic shows that it has a good astringency and efficiency.

Broadband and wireless have become the  trend of the development of communications with the pace of the global information technology.As the key technology of 4G mobile communications,ROF(Radio Over Fiber) is no doubt the most promising solution for broadband and wireless access in the future.The key problems in ROF are analyzed in detail,including the nonlinearity  of the modulator in the centre office,the dispersion in the fiber link and the power control of microwave signal.Optimized solution is given according to different applications of rural and urban area.Furthermore,the power fading induced in  the dispersion of the fiber link is overcome.As a result,energy conservative,broadband and wireless ROF link is achievable.

In order to improve the accuracy of SINS(Strap-down Inertial Navigation Systerm).The optical SINS and the GPS(Globle Position System) have been the objects of the study,and adopt the kalman filtering algorithm,constituting of the integrated system.The simulation shows that  the integrated navigation system improves the precision of navigation system by correcting the subfilter of fset timely and reducing the subfilter model error.especially  overcoming filter diverging problem.

In order to reduce the demand for a large number of historical experience in the air defense operations with the second-hit situation based on Markov chain forecasting model, a state transition matrix derived algorithm is proposed. The special method is designed to obtain the state transition matrix with a small amount of historical data. Then a solution with improved damage matrix is put forward for the possible real damage in the war in order to evaluate  the exact battlefield situation.This algorithm can predict the threat evaluation of next round based on the results of previous striking.Simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Considering the disadvantages of large calculation and bad adaption,periodic change of fabrics texture was used.Base on that, morphological filtering is carried out and   the threshold is confirmed by using pixel area,then the defects position is found.As a result,it will not affect the veracity and improve the computational speed.The experimental results show that the defect position is in accord with human subjective vision  decreasing the error rate by 4%.

In order to achieve fast and highprecision rendering of mass data for three-dimensional terrain visualization,this article analyzes two main DEM
(Digital Elevation Models)including TIN(Triangulated Irregular Network) and GRID for creating 3D terrains.Through analyzing the sample points' traits of the
 two models,disadvantage and data structures,a hybrid method for building DEM has been proposed.We discuss the steps of creating mixed model,including calculation terrain complexity,creation data structure of mixed model and building TIN.The hybrid method was tested by the actual experiments which shows good performance for three-dimensional terrain visualization.

Based on the simulated data and different operational risk scenarios, the system's robustness and participants' importance of China's large value payment system are studied.The results show that large stateowned banks are the most important resource of potential operational risk and the greatest threat to the robustness of system.The policy banks are the most frangible notes and amplifier of liquidity risk.In contrast, city commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives are the stabilizers of liquidity risk.

In order to find a simple method to design arbitrary synchronous counters,the logic function modification technique in designing any module-Nsynchronous counters consisting ofJ-Kflip-flops were analyzed.Based on binary synchronous counters composed of J-Kflip-flops,a part of the excitation function equations are modified.Thus the state transition sequence can be changed to achieve module-Nsynchronous counters.Principles for excitation function modification
 and determination of modified functions are outlined.Self-starting of module-N synchronous counters is also analyzed.This proposed technique is simple,conve
nient and more practicable.

In order to solve the problems existed in Holter devices,such as traditional adhesive ECG(Electrocardiogram) electrodes irritate skin,signal to noise ratio degrade over time and the lack of ability of dynamic analysis,a wearable ECG monitoring system has been developed.A wearable shirt with embedded electrodes made by conductive fabric is produced and an ECG sampling device has been created.An abnormal ECG waveform detection algorithm based on R-R interval and QRS complex waveform analysis is designed and implemented as a software package on PDA(Personal Digital Assistant).The effectiveness and reliability of the system has been verified through clinical testing.

To solve the problem which both source positioning accuracy and reliability are lower,we use the source location method of uniform speed P wave and travel-time fitting,and a Matlabbased positioning procedure of the source was established.Source location was conducted for the different envisaged schemes of distributions of
seismometers in the oil well fracturing microseismic monitoring,the 3D coordinate error maps of the location were drawed,the positioning accuracies were compared and a reasonable scheme of distribution of seismometer was selected.The simulation results show that this method improves the accuracy of source positioning,and according to the source position error pattern analysis obtained,we can select accurate,reasonable,effective scheme of distribution of seismometerin the case of the highest seismometer utilization.

Currently siRNA molecular design must depend on the sequence and energy features and the second structural features of target, these siRNA molecular have higher efficiency of inhibiting gene expression, RNAi(RNA interference) has widely applied in the field of gene discovery and disease treatment. We summarize resent research on siRNA molecular design,and provide a reference for the study of siRNA.

Geometric Constraint Solving Based on Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization

In order to improve the efficiency and   convergence property,geometric constraint solving problem is the current hot issues in the constraint-based design research.Geometric constraint problem is equivalent to the problem of solving a set of nonlinear equations substantially.The constraint problem can be transformed to an optimization  problem.We can solve the problem with SFLAPSO (Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm-Particle Swarm Optimization).SFLA-PSO algorithm uses the combination of the two algorithms.It can search in local communities by PSO and use the population of more evolutionary approach to racial mix by SFLA.It can get mutual complementarities and  attain convergence fast and the global search.The experiment shows that it can improve the geometric constraint solving efficiency and possess better convergence property than the compared algorithms.

Stable Random Early Detection Method

In order to solve the problems of RED(Random Early Detection) algorithm,such as sensitivity to time delay and parameter configuration,a stable random early detection algorithm is designed for TRED(Time-delay RED).TRED introduces Smith predictor to restrict the influence of time delay on network performance.TRED takes instantaneous queue length as congestion indicator instead of average queue length for fast system response.TRED modifies the probability function of RED as a nonlinear function and adapts the system parameter to the time-varying dynamics.By simulation comparisons,the results demonstrate that TRED successfully compensates for the time delay and keeps stable queue length in delay networks with various congestion degrees.TRED exhibits strong adaptability and guarantees satisfactory network performance.

Indoor Ultrasonic Positioning |System Based on CDMA-TDOA

For the disadvantages of  based on CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)TDOA (Time Difference Of Arrival) low accuracy for the  indoor positioning technology, we proposed a  indoor ultrasonic positioning system, and described its working principle and analysed  ultrasonic signals. The system that is based on the character of radio frequency and ultrasonic sensors encodes the ultrasonic signal using CDMA technology, so that the destination node can distinguish which beacon signal is sent to the ultrasound, and they combines with the RF signals to achieve TDOA location algorithm, and ultimately does threedimensional positioning. The ultrasonic signal of the three beacons is made simulation and analysis by Matlab/Simulink blocks. Finally, simulation results from the three beacons that send a coded ultrasonic signal can be received and identified at the destination node.

Ginseng Price |Prediction Model Based on Support Vector Machine and Particle Swarm Optimization

Through the analysis of the influence of ginseng price factors,we predict the ginseng price.We applied K-fold cross-validation method,utilized the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) to reach the optimum of penalty parameter c and value of ggamma,and  built the forecast model of the ginseng price from January 2010 to December 2011.The optimized value by PSO for penalty parameter c is 3.6974,the prediction correlation coefficient for prediction set 1 by the SVM(Support Vector Machine)of radial basis kernel function is 97.316%,the results are satisfactory,and we can predict ginseng price from January to June 2012 with this model.
