Abstract:
In order to solve wiring cumbersome and detection's low efficiency of the taxi meter verification equipment, we introduce a design method for the taxi meter's calibration device whose core is AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer. Hall sensor as its detecting element produces the pulse signal which is transmitted to the wireless receiving module connected to wireless module of the microprocessor. Then it compares the pulse number from taxi's meter records to c heck the taxi meter according with charge standards or not. Moreover, the system improves the design of the test bench to make it be more quick and convenient in the process of detection. It also improves the service life as well as detection efficiency of the test bench. Through the experiment testing in accordance with the technical indicators of the meter taxi vehicle prover requirements, the system Convenient operation has some advantages, such as convenient high accuracy, and good stability, which can satisfy the need of actual test.
