Image Quality Assessment Method with Full Reference Based on 2D Visual Attention Model

In order to further improve the consistency of the objective and subjective video image quality assessment, we present a quality evaluation method with full reference based on 2D visual attention model, which combines the 2D model with PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio), SSIM (Structural Similarity Index Method) and GSSIM (Gradient based Structural Similarity Index Method) evaluation methods for quality evaluation. The experimental results show that the proposed methods of image quality assessment are more effective than PSNR, SSIM and GSSIM methods. Tested on LIVE database with its Pearson, Spearman Correlation equals to 0.903 5 and 0.903 1. Comparing with other evaluation methods, it is simpler in principle, lower in calculation complex and has better performance and better evaluation results.

In order to improve the performance of equipment manufacturer and self-control professionals in the scene of processing and solve the problem of efficiency, the CASS(Cyclic Activated Sludge System) process of automatic sewage treatment control system was designed and implemented in  addition to the rem
ote monitoring and maintenance function model. Based on the characteristics of the CASS technology, we developed a set of stable and reliable sewage treatment automatic control system. The upper/lower machine design scheme of the control system was introduced in detail, including network topology structure etc. The bit machine in the process of programming is put forward based on the state transition diagram programming method. tware is described in detail in the sewage treatment control system to excute the significance of remote monitoring and maintenance function and operation method. Operation result shows that the control system performance is stable and reliable, especially over the design of remote monitoring and main tenance functions effectively which reduces the fault diagnosis and resolution time, meets the design goals and requirements.

LUT (Look\|Up Table) address indexing algorithm of the traditional LUT predistortion method doesn't concern the distribution characteristic of OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal, which causes the inconsistent problem of the values of LUT update frequency. In order to solve this pro
blem, a novel exponential LUT indexing algorithm is proposed which is based on the statistic characteristic of the OFDM signal. Through introducing the distribution characteristic of OFDM signal into the LUT indexing algorithm, the values of LUT update frequency finally tend to be consistent. Without inc
reasing the complexity, the novel algorithm improves the precision of the system nonlinear predistortion adjustment. The simulation results indicate that, under the same size of the Look up Table, the novel method has better BER (Bit Error Ratio) performance than the traditional algorithm. And the LUT index of the novel method changes from signal amplitude to signal power, which makes the hardware easier to be implemented in reality.

The microtremor carries information closely related to the shallow crust media, and we can take advantage of the microtremor to do site evaluation and nondestructive testing, etc. We design a automatic analysis system of the microtremor characteristic waveform, for the convenience of field data scrape
rs and waveform characteristic analysis in the field microtremor exploration experiment. The system uses mathematical calculation software Matlab to
write the corresponding program for microtremor recording data intime domain and frequency domain analysis, and uses object-oriented C# programming language design software interface. The system can realize the signal characteristic waveform quantization processing, characteristic waveform automatic picking, data file and results graphics automatically generating. The application results show that the automatic analysis system of the microtremor characteristic waveform can analyze the microtremor, which can meet the actual needs of users.

A car incident help system based on embeded system is designed to make the injuries get timely rescue after a car accident. MC9S12XS128 is used
as the controller chip in this system and three-axis acceleration sensor MPU6050 and GPS(Global Positioning System) is utilized to determine attitude information and location information of the vehicle. The conditon data is transferred to call center and families by GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications) module. The receiving end confirms accident and conduct rescue rapidly. The test results show stability and rapidity of the system.

QR Code Backtracking System of Food and Medicine Based on Android

In order to meet the demand of consumers searching the information about food and medicine, a QR (Quick Response) code backtracking system of fo
od and medicine based on Android is proposed. To realize the Chinese characters encoding, a kind of two-imensional technology called QR code is used. The system applies Android 4.0.3 embedded system as its hardware development platform to implement QR code recognition interface, display interface, etc. The functions of information inquiring and inputting based on Android are achieved by realizing the data transmission between wireless network and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) database. Test results show that the system has a good anti-interference in the process of QR code scanning. When we scan a QR code with maximum rotation angle 45°, we still can get the useful information. And the system can be widely used relying on the strong mobility of Android.

Research for Effects of Telecommunication Investment on the Economic Growth

In order to help the telecom industy to make more scientific and area investment decision\|making. We study how telecommunications infrastructure in
vestment affects economic growth of China by estimating a structural model with the data set covering 31 provinces from the year 2005 to 2011. We find that telecommunications investment on economic growth has a significant role in promoting, and the output elasticity of telecommunication investment is 0.124. The telecommunication industry is developing rapidly, new services emerge, with good growth potential, should increase the investment of telecom industry. And the empirical study on different regions reveals that there is distinct regional disequilibrium that the investment contribution to productivity in the West is much higher than that in the others. While In telecommunications investment into telecommunications penetration, the eastern region has the highest efficiency.

As an advanced engineering project performance evaluation method, EVM (Earned Value Management) provides a complete index and ideas in the process of the project, especially in the comprehensive control and management of cost and schedule. Combined with the actual case of communication engineering, we introduced the applications of EVM in communication engineering, expounded the function of the parameters and analyzed in the dynamic monitoring of communication project, and the development trend of project cost and schedule was analysed, and gave measures to take corrective. The problem of how to effectively schedule and cost control within the scope of the problem were solved, project goal is expected to be achieved.

In power quality disturbance signal analysis, traditional signal processing methods are based on Nyquist sampling theorem. Sampling of huge amount data and sampling time are long, wasting sampling resources. The CS(Compressed Sensing) is put foruard in the application of the power quality disturbance signal analysis. Compressed sensing algorithm is not based on the Nyquist sampling theorem. Sampling and compression are made at the same time reduceing the amount of data collected and sampling rate. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional signal processing method of power quality disturbance, the effect of the algorithm in the amount of sampling data, refactoring has improved, the reconstructed signal error smaller and more accurate analysis of the signal.

heck the taxi meter according with charge standards or not. Moreover, the system improves the design of the test bench to make it be more quick and convenient in the process of detection. It also improves the service life as well as detection efficiency of the test bench. Through the experiment testing in accordance with the technical indicators of the meter taxi vehicle prover requirements, the system Convenient operation has some advantages, such as convenient high accuracy, and good stability, which can satisfy the need of actual test.

For the needs of three-dimensional geological project model display, a three-dimensional model network sharing methods based on Unity3D is presented. We have designed and implemented major functions, such as picking up objects and geological information queries, hiding and showing geological objects, real time cross sectioncutting and model blasting. The system is focused on the three-dimensional scale display. It is convenient for researchers to obtain information in the deep geological and achieved good results.

To solve the problem of slow convergent speed of ACA (Ant Colony Algorithm), an improved method is proposed. One kind of convergence factor is a
dded to ACA to guarantee that the best route produced in each iteration would be given additional pheromone increment during the pheromone global updating procedure. Therefore, the possibility of algorithm trapped in local optimal solution is reduced. The convergence of the improved ACA is proved and its optimizing ability is tested. The simulation results show that the improved ACA has higher optimizing ability and faster convergent speed in contrast with the basic ACA. The improved ACA is used to optimize neural network, and the optimized neural network is applied in the diagnosis of transformer fault. The results show that the optimized neural network based on the improved ACA has higher convergent speed and diagnostic accuracy in contrast with BP neural network.

For simultaneously achieving high NOx conversion efficiency and low ammonia slip, a new control-oriented model presentation of urea-SCR systems is developed. And a novel nonlinear controller using backstepping is presented, which drives the parameterdependent but also varying nonlinear system totrack the desired ammonia coverage ratio. Taking into account the lower vehicle weight and costs, the proposed controller was suitable for simple SCR aftertreatment system of light-duty vehicle. Model uncertainties including parameter error, etc. were also considered as additive disturbance inputs, and the closedloop error system dynamics was analysed in the frame of input-to-state stable. Based on a validated enDYNA diesel engine model with urea-SCR aftertreatment systems, transient ECE(Economic Commission for Europe)driving cycle simulation is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. And comparisons with conventional PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) urea-SCR controller are presented to show the adva

Research on Domain Ontology Concept Extraction Based on Association Rules and Semantic Rules

In order to solve the problems that extraction efficiency and the accuracy of Chinese domain ontology concept based on unstructured text is not ideal. We present a method of domain ontology concept extraction based on semantic rules and association rules. A set of candidate concepts and relationships are obtained by using field consistency, correlative checks and association rules, and the depth and breadth of relations of every concept in candidate concepts are computed, using the depth and breadth information to feedback the degree of membership between terminology and field, with the way of quantitative analysis to complete the extraction of domain ontology concepts. The experimental results show that this method has feasibility and rationality, the concept of domain ontology extraction accuracy increased by about 12%.

Prediction Model of Energy Consumption on Beer Enterprise Based on Support Vector Machine

To improve the prediction accuracy on consumed electricity of manufacturing in beer enterprise, we design a method on constructing prediction model based on support vector machine and PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm. The radial basis function is used as the kernel function in SVM(Support Vector Machine). The paper uses K-fold cross validation and optimizes the penalty parameter c and the parameter g based on PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). Based on the training set, which is consist of consumed water in the process of manufacturing and consumed electricity in the process of manufacturing for 28 days, and the prediction set, which is consist of consumed water in the process of manufacturing for 10 days, the paper respectively constructs the SVM prediction model on consumed electricity in the process of manufacturing based on radial basis function and polynomial function to predict the consumed electricity in the process data. The test results show that the prediction accuracy of the Support Vector Machine prediction model is 51.495% based on radial basis function kernel higher than that based on polynomial kernel in predicting consumed electricity in the process and the method is practical.

To understand and dig clinical information of CT images, and to study the method of 3D reconstructionand visualization of CT image, we present an algorithm of 3D reconstruction. A group of 16 row spiral CT images of the abdomen of the human body was imported into Mimics 10.01 using the tools thresholding, mask editing, region growing and reconstruction. Spleen was separated from the whole abdomen CT images and reconstructed. It can be o
bserved from any perspective, zoomed in and out. The experiment results show that by using proposed 3D reconstruction algorithm, the spleen reconstructed is closer to its real 3D structure. It can provide further data in detail for medical research.

Human Tracking Method Based on Multiple Features Fusion Across Multiple Cameras

In the camera network with nonoverlapping FOVs (Field of Views), due to the factors such as the visual blind spot, it is difficult to track human continuously across multiple cameras. A human tracking method fusing the main color feature, textual feature and spatio-temporal topology feature is proposed. A SNNC (Sorted Nearest Neighbor Clustering) algorithm is adopted to extract the main color feature from the three human body parts which is head part, torso part, and legs part, and the matching rate is acquired. The spatial textual feature of the human are extracted to obtain the textural similarity. Combined with the two features above, the human appearance matching mode is constructed. Based on the statistic object correspondence information, the incremental learning method is exploited to construct and update the spatio-temporal information. The experiments prove that the proposed human tracking method can track the objects continually in camera network with non-overlapping FOVs. And the accuracy become higher over time as new observations are accumulated without supervised input.

Stability Analysis for Singularly Perturbed Control System with Time-Delay

In order to maintain the stability of the system, the problem of robust stability analysis is investigated for uncertain time-delay singularly perturbed systems with norm bounded uncertainty parameters. Based on the supplement definition, for the case of delay-dependent and delay-independent, the sufficient robust stability judgment conditions and the corresponding existent theorem are deduced respectively by constructing the new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. Compared with the existing literatures, the innovation that the resulting method in the form of matrix inequalities and strictly theoretical derivation is less conservative, because of the selected broader general Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. It can be used to study other delay perturbation system analysis and design issues.
