New Preempting Algorithm of LSP for DS-TE Networks

The V-PREPT(Versatile Preemption) algorithm, which has better flexibility, but only concerns with minimizing the total cost of preemption. Its utilization of bandwidth is not good. Under the premise of minimizing the total cost of preemption an algorithm named BH-PREPT(Bandwidth Preemption) to improve the utilization of bandwidth is proposed. The BH-PREPT algorithm ensures that the total bandwidth preempted meets the bandwidth demand finds out the minimum total cost of preempted LSP(Label Switching Path)by taking the enumeration method. And the combination with the minimum number of preempted LSP will have priority when preemption occurs. By Matlab simulation the BH-PREPT algorithm is proved to have better properties concerning with minimizing the total cost of preemption than V-PREPT.

Effect Analysis of Attitude on Orbit Determination of JASON-2 Satellite

Regarding to the difficulty of assessing the impact of attitude instability on the orbit, the simulation experiment has been designed to solve this problem, the attitude model of JASON-2 altimeter satellite is discussed, and the mathematical expression for effect of attitude variation on observational data is deduced. The simulation experiment results show that with the attitude instability increases gradually, orbit accuracy will accordingly drop rapidly. Another effect of attitude instability on the orbit accuracy embodies that attitude instability in different axis will have different impact on orbit accuracy. Therefore, to obtain high-accuracy orbit, the satellite attitude stability needs to meet certain requirement, especially for the coordinate axis with a bigger phase center bias. Taking JASON-2 for instance, the attitude variation should be smaller than 2° in this axis. JASON-2based actual measured calculation shows that attitude variation is around 1°, with an effect of 0.036 m on orbit accuracy. This simulation experiment has provided a feasible way for assessing the influence of attitude stability on accurate orbit for China HY-2 altime

Shielding Effectiveness Analysis of Vehicle Electronic Equipment with Cable Holes

High power electromagnetic pulse can couple into the cavity of electronic equipment through cable holes which will cause great damage to the electronic products. The shielding effectiveness of various electromagnetic products cavity with cable holes was analyzed by transmission line method. It will offer a theoretical reference to the electronic equipment of vehicles, and it is the first time to apply this theory to a type of vehicles. The experimental results show that rectangular cavity with round cable holes can improve the shielding effectiveness of electronic equipment in vehicles on the conditions of irregular cavities such as vehicles and unknown electromagnetic pulse.

In order to solve the TD-LTE (Time Division Long Term Evolution) business bearing demands, we analyzed the mobile metropolitan area transmission network status, the main technical characteristics of TD-LTE and its carring needs. And the technology choice of the TD-LTEoriented mobile metropolitan area transmission network, presents TD-LTEoriented mobile metropolitan area transmission network should fully adopt PTN (Packet Transport Network) Network technology, with the core layer PTN supporting L3-VPN (Layer3-Virtual Private Network) program as its specific network model, introduces OTN (Optical Transport Network) technology into the core and converge layer. Forms the mobile metropolitan area transmission network by OTN+PTN, then combines the mobile metropolitan area transmission network status. The network structure of TDLTEoriented mobile metropolitan area transmission network was presented. The construction thought of the future mobile metropolitan area transmission network access was provided, converge and core layer, to guide the construction of the China mobile metropolitan area transmission network.

In order to improve the clinical medical and in medical research on human skin temperature accurately and further analyze the data, use thermistor for temperature measurement, use the single chip microcomputer to accomplish communication. Design the MSP430F149 MCU (Micro Control Unit) as the core processor. Thermistor and amplifier for measurement circuit. SMC1602 for LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) display. MCU internal Flash for memory storage type can human body skin temperature measuring instrument. The measuring instrument storage data through serial communication circuit transmission to epistatic machine.Complete data analysis and processing. The experiment showed that this measuring instrument measuring accuracy is 0.1 ℃. Memory space support continuous measuring four days above the skin temperature data. For clinical medical and medical research provide more reliable basis.

Analysis of Electromyography Signal in Massage Technique Based on Wavelet Transform

Surface electromyography signal system was used to collect the related muscle groups electromyography signals of the expert and beginners during rolling method, then the signals were analyzed by multi-resolution based on wavelet transform to get the characteristic parameters of the rolling method, and the aim of the method is to provide some valuable references for massage evaluation and training. The analysis of experimental results show that 75% of the experts energy in rolling method is concentrated in the low-frequency band, while 40% of the total energy is from brachioradialis. And Energy distribution of beginners is different from the experts. So in the later training, beginners should pay attention to the training of brachioradialis under the precondition of the right operational position.

To improve the portability of the transmissive oxygen saturation measurement, a reflection type blood oxygen saturation test system is provided, including the sensor unit, signal separation and filtering unit, data acquisition and processing unit, and the display module. The sensing unit consists of a photoelectric sensor, which can transform the biological signal into electrical signal; the electrical signal is processed by the signal separation and filtering unit, which can extract the effective signal from the original signal; the processed signal is converted to digital signal after A/D converter, STC12C5A60S2, and the oxygen saturation value can be calculated through MCU (Micro Control Unit); the oxygen saturation result is displayed on the 1602 LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen. The experiment shows that the system can meet the clinical requirements with the measurements accuracy of ±1%.

Method of Video Image De-Noising Based on Mixed Filter

Video image mixed noise by Gaussian noise and impulse noise, seriously affected the image storage, coding and decoding, transmission, target identification and tracking postprocessing. A mixed filtering method has been proposed based on an average of edge detection. Through the number of impulse noise judgment methods, the impulse noise is separated from the mixed noise and removed using median filtering. The edge of new image will be extracted by an average of edge detection method and then the Gaussian noise of nonedge is filtered using adaptive mean filtering methods. The edge of the new image is embedded in the filtered Gaussian noise images. Experiment results show that the method will be able to effectively remove Gaussian noise and impulse noise of the image, and to maintain the edges of the image information, improving the image de-noising and clarity.

In order to provide more reference for the unmanned vehicle, an intelligent electric vehicle was designed. This intelligent electric vehicle was composed of MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as the master chip,camera and wireless module, etc. The master chip analyzed the information collected from camera and drove the motor running with PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) control strategy, which made the intelligent electric vehicle automatically run on the single track and the medium line of the double track, and automatically avoid obstacle. The intelligent electric vehicle exchanged the information with the target by using wireless module, which made the intelligent electric vehicle cast laser spot on the center of the target in the course of driving by adjusting the steering gear. Shooting scores was high, and the result of the experiment was satisfactory.

When we do not know the matrices defining the system and it has no zeros, but the output power spectrum is known, we use the spectral factortzation to resolve the spectral factor of the system and we can recover the system through this method. Descriptor systems are changed into normal subsystems by using Jordan decomposition of matrices while keeping the observability. We can solve a zero free minimum phase spectral factor of the normal linear subsystem, and from this spectral factor we can have a zero free minimum phase spectral factor. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the methods.

The existing researches for production capacity reservation are lack of quantitative research on government subsidy. We developed the optimal contract of capacity reservation of emergency material with government subsidy by theory knowledge of principle\|agent. We solved the model and discussed the production capacity of enterprises, the cost, government subsidy and other factors affecting the optimal contract. The results provide a reference for the government incentive the enterprise to make the capacity reservation.

To solve the multi-rigid-body system dynamics modeling of complex, difficult issues such as computer simulations, R-W method were provided to establish multi-rigid-body system dynamics model. Through the establishment of dynamic model of bolting machine, the dynamic model formula is obtained, by solving the equation, body position is found. According to correlation of body position and simulation test, maximum error only is less than one percent, so it confirmed R-W method in multi-rigid-body system dynamics modeling accuracy, simplicity and advantages.

To solve the problems of pixel expansion and meaningless of shadow images. a new (2,2) visual cryptography scheme is proposed, in which the shadow images with a certain significance are the same size as the original secret image. In this method, to share a pixel, one of the columns in the basis matrices is chosen at random. Each element in the chosen column is distributed to corresponding shadow images. This method is to use the frequency of white pixels in the black and white areas of the recovered image for interpreting black and white pixels by human visual system. The frequency of white pixels in the white area of recovered image will be higher than that in the black area. The recovered image has good visual effectiveness and security. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the scheme.

Aim to tackle the problems of few quantitative assessments, overly complex and lack of mutual optimization in existing supply chain models, we proposed a quantitative assessment and optimization for supply chain based on N- Tree model. In this algorithm, a consistent N-Tree model is established for different kinds of businesses, meanwhile quantitative risks assessment is applied in corporation interior and inter corporation using complete probabilistic and bayesian analysis, further supply chain structure can be optimized by adaptive suppliers and customers selection. Our proposed method may reduce supply chain risk effectively, realizing the maximuminterests of the enterprise.

In order to achieve digital management and information construction of the Changbaishan Volcanic National Geological Park, we introduce Changbaishan Volcano National Geological Park geographic information system development framework, establish processes and the main function modules of implementation combined with the geological heritage characteristics of Changbaishan Volcano National Geological Park, using Client/Server and Brower/Server hybrid architecture model. The C/S architecture uses ArcEngine componentbased development techniques, and the B/S architecture uses ArcGIS API for Flex technology achieving rich GIS (geographic information systems) functionality, improving the clients ability to interact, and promoting the construction of Changbaishan Volcano National Geological Park of scientification and standardization.

According to analyzing the existing attribute reduction algorithms of food safety evaluation and the shortcoming of calculation of inefficient, the article defined a new attribute reduction algorithm based on roughness. The algorithm introduced roughness, beginning with null set and taking roughness PB(X) as selection criterion of condition attribute, got a new union by adding the minimum roughness into reduction set step by step, reduced search space using recursive method until the universe was empty and got reduced attribute set. Finally, the validity and availability of the algorithms were demonstrated.

In order to raise the rate of Chinese text retrieval of Chinese fulltext retrieval system on the basis of the Chinese ambiguity inclusiveness and length restrictions, a kind of improved Chinese word segmentation algorithm is proposed based on the existing Chinese word segmentation algorithms. In this improved algorithm the process of indexing establishment makes a mapping from related words to the thesaurus. Through the improvement to the thesaurus, a better mapping is realized. Experiments show that the improved algorithm is a more efficient Chinese text retrieval segmentation algorithm.
