Design of ROIC in Infrared Detector

The article designed a ROIC(Read Out Integrated Circuit) of a 320×240 FPA(Focal Plane Array)in 0.35 μm n-well CMOS(Complementary Metal\|Oxide Semiconductor) process. In order to reduce power dissipation and noise, the article proposed a kind of new single-stage CTIA(Capacitive TransImpedance Amplifier), the sample and hold circuit use a correlated double sampling structure, the CTIA used stable bias circuit. The image output time is 10 ms/frame, therefore the output speed is 100 frame/s.

Depth Map Coding for Virtual View Synthesis

Because the edge of the depth map can not be preserved well, and the decoded depth map impact the virtual view synthesis quality seriously, when H.264/AVC compress the depth map under uniform QP parameter, a new depth map coding method for virtual view synthesis based on the H.264/AVC extension JMVC (Joint Multi-view Video Coding) is introduced. According to the depth map structure characteristic, Sobel operator is used to analysis the object boundaries of the current block of depth map. If the current block contains the object boundaries, QP value is decreased, and if the block does not contain the object boundaries, QP value is increased. The lowest RDcost is chosen to be the best predict mode by computing all the 16×16,8×8 and 4×4 blocks RDcost. Experiment results indicate that using the decoded depth map to render the virtua
l view can improve the visual quality subjectively under almost the same bitrates with JMVC.

A new method of embedded vehicle information terminal based on SOPC(System on a Programmable Chip) and butterfly-storage is proposed to meet the requirement of vehicle display device, such as low-cost, small size, high performance and reliability. It took FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) as hardware carrier, and constructed LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) control unit based on PowerPC as softcore. The man-machine system is integrated as ECU (Electronic Control Unit) into automobile automatic control system, so that it can achieve the function of car state monitor and storage. The principle of the butterfly-storage system, the system scheme, the
 real-time requirement of automobile switching in display mode, LCD control timing and AXI(Advanced Extensible Interface) bus timing are analyzed and discussed. The timing and function are simulated, and it passed the test of hardware platform. The experimental data showed that the system can display real-time car-state and provide a smooth visual experience.

In order to modulate the phase shift of RF signal generated in the process of transmission, a reflection-type 360° analog phase shifter operating at 4.0 GHz is designed. It uses a branch-line coupler and two varactor-diode circuits to achieve 360° phase shift. It uses a three-branch branch-line coupler instead of a two-branch branch-line couple
r to increase the bandwidth. And a new reflective load is used to get more freedom of adjustment of the linearity and bandwidth. The results of simulation and measurement on the linearity and insertion loss are presented. The results show that the design has a 360° phase shift range and a 200 MHz bandwidth with a 15° phase shift error and a 3.5 dB insertion loss at the center frequency of 4.0 GHz.

In order to further study the humiditysensitive characteristics of the humidity sensor, base on conductive mechanism, we adopt the complex impedance analysis method to research the humidity-sensitive characteristics of the humidity sensor. We design an effective impedance measurement circuit based on the principle of vector. The complex impedance of the humidity sensor in different humidity can be measured through the circuit. The complex impedance of the humidity sensor can also be measured in the different frequency of signal. The whole measuring system is mainly composed of a programmable signal source and phase sensitive detection circuit. The circuits are respe
ctively achieved by the DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer)technology and analog multiplier. The structure is simple, easy to implement. The experiment results show that the whole system is feasible.

Power Spectrum Shaping for Quantization Noise in Sigma-Delta AD Converter

Sigma-delta ADC (AD Converter) is usually used in data acquisition system. It is necessary to research the process in which the power spectrum of quantization noise is shaped in ADC so that we can match the signal's bandwidth between the ADC's output and the next module's input. The higher-order sigma-delta modulator was modeled and the power spectrum shaping for quantization noise was analyzed. The theoretical analysis and the simulation result show that the quantization noise can be largely suppressed by over-sampling in higher-order sigma-delta ADC.

In order to solve the application problems in food quality evaluation by electronic nose, an embedded electronic nose based on metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors array and VI (Virtual Instrument) Labview software was designed. The identification ability of the device was investigated by employing different categories of simple and complex odor databases. A data acquisition system based on ARM-STM32 microprocessor and 24-bit ADC (AD7794) was also presented. The test data were uploaded to PC (Personal Computer) through RS232 communication mode. Then Matlab software was used to the organization of test data. Finally the fingerprint information of the target gas was obtained by the PCA (Principal Component Analysis). In our experiment, five different sauces were tested though the volatile gases, which were derived from sauces. The original database was built. Then comparing with the database, the unknown sauce could be recognized well. The results show that this system has high accuracy in the classification of gas mixtures.

Android visual communication applications typically use the View class to display decoded video images. In order to involve the severe memory consumption and output delay problems which always encounter in the commonly used image stretching method for decoding real-time video image, we analyze the reason, and give out two other methods to achieve the real-time magnified image display based on Android API(Application Programming Interface) or JNI(Java Native Interface). According to the experiment results, the research of source code is processed and a progressed method is achieved.

AES Image Encryption Algorithm Based on Hyper-Chaos

In order to improve the safety of image encryption algorithm, an improved hyperchaotic AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption algorithm which improved the generation method of S box is proposed. The method arranged chaotic sequence generated by hyperchaotic system to form the S box, replaced pixels to plaintext. Chaos sequence is used to scramble the location of row and column based on external key. Safety performance of encryption algorithm is deeply analysed, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has much higher security level, the algorithm not only has larger key space and higher key sensitivity, but also can effectively resist attacks, such as statistics attack and differential attack.

The new service model and virtualization technology inevitably brings a series of new security problems in cloud computing environment. Security has been regarded as one of the most important issues in the development of cloud computing. To study the safety of the public cloud, from the user security objectives data security and cloud service availability and performance, the security threats facing the public cloud was analyzed comprehensively. A public cloud security framework of reference is designed, User management, data security, data center hardware and software security and safety problems caused by the transfer of control are proposed to strengthen public cloud security. Finally, the cloud security evaluation is discussed. Experimental results show that this architecture can improve the safety of the public cloud against all types of security threats.

In order to study the monostable trigger characteristics. The triggering characteristics of 555 monostable flip-flops, and the relationships between output states and trigging signals are analyzed in detail. The output signals have a frequency division effect on the input signals when the inputs are period impulse signals. The application of monostable flip-flops is widen. Simulation experiments based on Multisim certify the validity of this conclusion.

Simulation Analysis of Inter-Domain Campus Network Based on BGP/MPLS VPN

Aimed at the high demand for interdomain campus network in management, maintenance and scalability, the interdomain campus network has been constructed using the technique of BGP/MPLS (Border Gateway Protocol/Multi-Protocol Label Switching) VPN (Virtual Private Network). With the OPNET simulation software, the interdomain campus network which contains the three school ranges across the region, divides VPN service in accordance with business system and network configuration realizes the communication in the school range through the same VPN service. The network property is analyzed. The expanding interdomain campus network which adds a VPN service in each school range has been constructed. By comparing to the simulated result of the network property of two scenarios, we conclude: CPU utilization of the P and PE (Provider Edge) devices before and after the services expansion, is relatively stable, no greater impact; The expanded network latency and load compared to the original network did not show a monotonically increasing trend, network delay actually decrease the load increases, but the change is relatively stable. In summary, the interdomain campus network in the BGP/MPLS VPN technology has good scalability.

How to search the data needed in the vast network data becomes the dominant Web search technology. Study on effective information retrieval algorithms and data structures becomes an important issue in this article suffix array-based full-text indexing structure. The goal is to design and implement a reduce space occupancy rate and effective full-text indexing speed to improve the index structure WDWG (Weighted Directed Word Graph). Experiments show that the WDWG with the same size of the problem can reduce the word graph storage space, while not affecting the retrieval efficiency, a more efficient full-text index structure.

We summarize cloud computing,and studies the system's requirement analysis, then discusses the structure of cloud computing network service subsystem and key technology in detail. Finally, the application of G4ICCS(G4I Cloud Computing System) in the mineral resources prediction are described.

In order to achieve rapid portable detection of methane concentration, we have designed a detection system based on STM32RBT6 processor. The system contains a methane sensor, signal conditioning circuits consisting of operation amplifier, digital potentiometers, high-precision digital-to-analog converter, iron storage, USB(Universal Serial BUS) bus and LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)interface. The system hardware design and software implementation are described in delail. Data acquisition rate up to 12 Mbit/s is improved significantly, system draw methane concentration curve by software based on VC++6.0, user can use it conveniently. And show the experiment data by PC software tested in lab. The portable methane concentration detector based STM32 reaches the goal that can rapidly detect the concentration of methane gas in the environment, improves the performance of the detection system.

In case of that the error model of the strapdown inertial navigation system is nonlinear with large azimuth misalignment, it is very significant to study the nonlinear filter algorithm. The precision of EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) is low, which needs to calculate the complex Jacobian matrices. Although the theoretical precision of CDKF (Central Difference Kalman Filter) is a little higher, the amount of calculation is large and the algorithm is unstable. To overcome the above shortcomings, the ISR-CDKF (Iterative Square Root Central Difference Kalman Filter) is proposed, and is utilized in initial alignment. The results of simulation show that the ISR-CDKF has higher precision and convergence, and has stronger numerical stability.

Comparative Study on Application of LMBP and RBF Neural Networks in ECS Characteristic Curve Fitting

In order to accurately reflect the digital input and output characteristics of eddy current sensors and to improve traditional BP neural networks, LMBP(Levenberg Marquart Back Propagation) neural networks and RBF (Radial Basis Function) neural networks are first constructed. Then the two types of neural networks are applied respectively to the characteristic curve fitting of ECS(Eddy Current Sensors). Finally a comparison is made to compare the fitting results of the two networks. The simulation results show that with the same number of training samples, the networks are small or medium sized, compared with LMBP, RBF neural networks are superior in fitting error, convergence speed and fitting precision. And this provides a basis for the choice of fitting method of one-dimensional data in practical engineering.

In order to solve the low inefficient problem in importing bulk data by typed DataSet, we present an optimization algorithm. Giving consideration to the quality of saving time, by analysising the working principle of the function inside the class of DataSet, we control the connection of the database, making every operation in disconnected dataset between only one database connection, avoiding frequently database operation of connections open close. Experimental results show that the time for data extraction is much less than the time for data import, and prove that the algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of bulk data import.
