不同温度NaClO溶液根管清洁作用的扫描电镜研究

Scanning electron microscopic study on root canal cleaningeffect using sodium hypochlorite at different temperatures

摘要: 目的:探讨温度变化对NaClO溶液冲洗根管效果的影响。方法:30颗离体单根管下颌双尖牙,用不锈钢K型锉,以标准法进行根管扩锉。随机分为3组,每组10颗牙,分别进行根管冲洗。A组,5.25% NaClO+System B;B组,5.25% NaClO +15%EDTA;C组,5.25% NaClO +System B+15%EDTA,然后将牙根沿纵轴均匀劈开,常规方法制作扫描电镜标本,将根管壁分为冠1/3、中1/3、尖1/3三个区域进行观察。结果:C组根管壁玷污层及残存碎屑显著减少,冠1/3、中1/3管壁,A组与B组、B组与C组及A组与C组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05);尖1/3管壁,A、B组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),A、B组与C组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。根管壁牙本质小管口直径,在冠1/3、中1/3、尖1/3,A、B及C组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:5.25% NaClO加热后与15% EDTA联合应用,增强了根管清洁的效果。

Abstract: Objective To assess the efficacy of NaClO irrigation of root canal at different temperatures. Methods Thirty human teeth with single root-canal mandible premolar were instrumented using standard technique, then were divided into 3 groups, carrying on root-canal irrigation. group A: 5.25% NaClO+System B, group B:5.25% NaClO+15% EDTA, group C:5.25% NaClO+System B+15% EDTA. After the teeth root were split, the scanning electron microscope was used to observe the coronal third ,middle third and apical third parts. Results The amount of remaining debris on root canal wall in group C decreased significantly,compared with group A and B. The differences of coronal third and middle third between group A and B, group B and C,group A and C were significant (P<0.05, P<0.01,P<0.05). The difference of apical third between group A and B was no significant (P>0.05), but there were significant differences between group A, B and C(P<0.01, P<0.05).The differences of diameters of dentinal tubules of the coronal third,middle third and apical third parts were significant between various groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The application of 5.25% NaClO after heating united with 15% EDTA can strengthen the effect of root canal cleaning.
