运动对不同年龄女性跟骨骨密度的影响

Influence of sports on calcaneus bone density in different age females

摘要: 目的:探讨运动疗法预防不同年龄女性骨质疏松症的效果。 方法:采用CM-100超声波骨密度测定仪进行跟骨部超声波传导速度(SOS)的测定,同时进行身体特征与骨密度(即SOS值)的相关矩阵分析。 结果:运动组和非运动组的骨密度在20、40、50岁的3个年龄段上呈现出运动影响的显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);握力和跟骨部SOS值,运动组和非运动组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);两组都与年龄呈负相关(运动组r=-0.781,P<0.01;非运动组r=-0.596,P<0.05),年龄和体重指数(BMI)间呈正相关(运动组r=0.411,P<0.01;非运动组r=0.28, P<0.05),而年龄和握力呈负相关(运动组r=-0.285,P<0.05;非运动组r=-0.326,P<0.01)。非运动组SOS值、体重和握力的左右差间呈显著的正相关关系(运动组r=0.225, P<0.05;非运动组r=0.308,P<0.05)。 结论:运动对一定年龄的女性跟骨骨密度有促进作用,部分身体特征也与骨密度有一定的相关性。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the effects of kinesitherapy on osteoporosis in different age females. Methods The calcaneus ultrasonic conduct velocities in all subjects were determined by CM-100 Ultrasonic Calcaneus′s Density Mensurating Apparatus, and the interfix matrix analysis of body characteristis and bone densit (SOS value) was performed. Results The effects of sports on bone densities had significant difference between sports group (group 1) and non-sports group (group 2) in 20,40 and 50 years subjects (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the grip and SOS value had significant differences between group 1 and group 2 (P<0.01); the two groups all had negative correlation with the age (group 1: r=-0.781, P<0.01; group 2: r=-0.59,P<0.05), the two groups all had positive correlation with the age and BMI (group 1:r=0.411,P<0.01; group 2: r=0.28,P<0.05),but negative correlation with age and grip (group 1: r=-0.285,P<0.05; group 2:r=-0.326, P<0.01). In the group 2, SOS had positive correlation with Weight and GS (r=0.225,P<0.05; r=0.308, P<0.05). Conclusion Sports have definite advanced effects on definite age females. Body characteristics have definite correlation with bone density.
