中国长春地区186例绝经前汉族女性维生素D受体基因多态性

摘要: 目的:探讨维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor, VDR)基因多态性在中国长春地区生活10年以上无亲缘关系的绝经前健康汉族女性中的分布。 方法:应用PCR-RFLP技术检测186例绝经前健康妇女的VDR基因Bsm I的多态性。 结果:VDR基因型分布频率为BB 0例,Bb 23例 (12.4%),bb 163例(87.6%)。与广州地区汉族及新疆地区哈萨克族比较差异有显著性(P<0.005),与新疆地区的汉族比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中国长春地区绝经前汉族女性的VDR基因呈现多态性,但以bb型占大多数,BB型缺如。这与国内其他地区的报道不尽相同。

Abstract: Objective To study the frequency distribution of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphisms in pre-menopausal women lived in Changchun for 10 years in China. Methods VDR( Bsm I)gene polymorphisms of 186 healthy pre-menopausal women were detected with polymerase chain reation-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results The frequtncy distribution of VDR genetype were BB 0%, Bb 12.4%,and bb 87.6%. There were significant differences compared with the Han nationality in Geuangzhou and the Hasake nationality in Xinjiang (P<0.05), there was no significant difference compared with the Han nationality in Xinjiang (P>0.05).Conclusion The frequency distribution of VDR genotype in pre-memopausal women in Changchun appeared in polymorphisms,the bb type is the most,which is sharply different from the results reported in other cities in China.
