摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：研究喉癌癌周毛细淋巴管的增殖和扩张在喉癌淋巴转移中的意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法及全自动图像分析仪，对75例喉癌及其癌周组织、8例正常喉组织毛细淋巴管的状态和相关参数进行定量分析和观察。结果：喉癌癌巢组织内未见毛细淋巴管；癌周毛细淋巴管的密度比正常组织明显增高（P<0.01），且均呈不同程度的扩张，部分管壁被破坏；各型喉癌癌周组织毛细淋巴管密度、管径及管腔面积均较正常组织明显增高（P<0.01），伴有颈部淋巴结转移组较无转移组亦明显增高（P<0.01）。结论：癌周毛细淋巴管的大量增殖、扩张是喉癌经淋巴道转移的重要因素，为进一步探讨喉癌颈淋巴结转移的过程、机理以及防治提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Objective To study the significance of proliferation and expansion of lymphatic capillary in pericancerous tissue in lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method and automatic image analysis technique were applied to observe the states and correlated parameters of lymphatic capillaries in 75 laryngeal carcinoma tissues,75 pericancerous tissues and 8 normal laryngeal tissues. Results The lymphatic capillary was not seen in laryngeal carcinoma nests. The density of lymphatic capillary in pericancerous tissue was obviously higher than that in normal laryngeal tissue (P<0.01)，and had expansion with different degree, with parts of the walls of some lymphatic capillary distroyed .The density,diameter, and area of lymphatic capillary in pericancerous tissue were obviously higher than that in normal laryngeal tissue (P<0.01). The density,diameter, and area of lymphatic capillary in pericancerous tissue with cervical lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than that without cervical lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Conclusion The proliferation and expansion of lymphatic capillary in pericancerous tissue are important factors in lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. This research offers theoretic basis for laryngeal carcinoma metastasis process, mechanism and prevention.
