放线共生放线杆菌的分离、鉴定及耐药谱的测定

摘要: 目的:探讨放线共生放线杆菌(A.a)分离、鉴定的方法,确定其耐药谱。方法:采用选择性培养基、厌氧培养技术及生化鉴定的方法从临床青少年牙周炎、成人快速进展型牙周炎及青少年严重牙龈炎患者的牙周袋内分离出A.a。在此基础上进行了10种抗生素对所分离的全部A.a菌株及1株标准菌株最低抑菌浓度的检测。 结果:共分离出24株A.a,其对庆大霉素、四环素、氨苄青霉素、丁氨卡那霉素及青霉素G呈现出不同程度的耐药性,但对罗红霉素、甲硝唑、链霉素、红霉素及头孢唑啉钠敏感。 结论:罗红霉素、甲硝唑、链霉素、红霉素及头孢唑啉钠在治疗与A.a相关的牙周病能够发挥作用,本研究为A.a耐药性质粒的提取及鉴定打下了基础。

Abstract: Objective To study the method to isolate and identify Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (A.a) and insure its resistance to antibiotics. Methods A.a was isolated from specimens of human periodontal disease, and identification of A.a was carried out by anaerobic cultivation, observation of growth properties on TSBV and systematically biochemical reaction; and the spectrum of A.a′s resistance to antibiotics was identified. Results Twenty-four strains of A.a were acquired and identified; They were sensitive to Re,MTZ,Sm,Em,and Cef. Conclusion Re,MTZ,Sm,Em, and Cef can play a important role in treatment of peridontitis.
