次声暴露对豚鼠听神经动作电位的影响

摘要: 目的:系统观察在125 dB SPL(sound pressure level, SPL)次声暴露下豚鼠听神经动作电位[action potential N1, AP(N1)]的潜伏期及听阈的变化。方法:采用面神经管长期置入电极引导记录的方法记录AP(N1),并将次声暴露后豚鼠的听阈及潜伏期与听力正常豚鼠进行对比观察。 结果:125 dB SPL次声暴露可引起听阈不同程度的升高,一般在6~9 d内听阈可完全恢复;潜伏期的恢复要早于听阈的恢复。 结论:SPL为125 dB的次声可造成耳蜗功能的暂时性阈移。

Abstract: Objective The latency and auditory threshold of the cochlear action potential N1 [AP(N1)] were observed systematically after infrasound exposure (125 dB) in guinea pigs. Methods The electrode was inserted into Fallopian′s cannal of guinea pigs for a long time during the study. And the AP(N1) was compared with normal hearing guinea pigs.  Results The auditory threshold was increased in different levels after 125 dB SPL infrasound exposure,and the hearing loss recovered to normal in 6-9 days. The recovery of latency was earlier than that of auditory thershold. Conclusion The temporary threshold shifting (TTS) of the auditory system may be caused after 125 dB SPL infrasound exposure or cochlear function is damaged temporarily.
