脑胶质瘤及其浸润组织中NF-κBp65和VEGF的表达

Expressions of NF-κBp65 and VEGF in brain glioma and its infiltrative tissues

摘要: 目的:探讨核因子NF-κBp65、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑胶质瘤及其浸润组织中的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测53例脑胶质瘤、26例脑胶质瘤周围浸润组织及5例正常脑组织中NF-κBp65及VEGF的表达。结果:NF-κBp65和VEGF表达强度均与脑胶质瘤恶性度有关(P<0.05);在恶性度高的脑胶质瘤周围的浸润组织中NF-κBp65和VEGF的表达也增强。脑胶质瘤中NF-κBp65表达与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.695 2,P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤相关的癌蛋白NF-κBp65对VEGF表达具有正向调节作用,促进肿瘤血管的生成,使脑胶质瘤不断恶化。

Abstract: Objective To study the expressions of NF-κBp65 and VEGF in brain glioma and its infiltrative tissues and their significances.Methods The expressions of NF-κBp65 and VEGF were detected in 53 cases of brain gliomas, 26 cases of infiltrative tissues and 5 cases of normal tissues by immunohistochemical technique. Results The expressions of NF-κBp65 and VEGF were correlated with the differentiation of brain glioma (P<0.05). In infiltrative tissues of high malignant glioma, the expressions of NF-κBp65 and VEGF were higher than those in low malignant gliomas. The expression of NF-κBp65 in brain gliomas was positively related to the expression of VEGF (r=0.695 2,P<0.05). Conclusion NF-κBp65 as a oncogenic protein related to brain gliomas may have positive regulation on VEGF and promote the tumor angiogenesis and deterioration.
