Abstract: To observe the effect of rhKD/APP on inflammatory cytokines and ultrastructrue in experimental acute necrosis pancreatitis(ANP) in rats.Methods ANP model was induced by injections of 3.5 % sodium taurocholate into the main pancreaticduct of rats.Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups（n=10）:sham group;model group;low,mediate,high dose rhKD/APP groups(4×10⁴ ,8×104 and 16×10⁴ kU•kg^-1）；aproitin group.TNF-α and Ｎ activity wereassayed and ultrastructrue changes were observed after treatment with rhKD/APP.Results Compared with sham group,the levels of TNF-α and NO in serum in model group rapdily raised(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the levels of serum TNF-α and NO in mediate and high dose rhKD/APP groups were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);but there was no significant difference compared with aproitin group.The ultrastructure results of pancreas tissue showed that there were a lot of microvilli on cell surface,the nucleoli were significant,and secretory granules inreased. Conclusion rhKD/APP can reduce the inflammatory response of pancreas,and has the rapeutic effect on rats with ANP.
