大功率激光器开关电源

摘要: 设计了一种高频大功率激光开关电源,建立了激光器开关电源主电路模型及buck电路的小信号控制模型。在PWM控制的基础上引入PFM控制,并设计出PFM与PWM的切换电路及外特性控制电路,实现了设计的控制要求,使整个控制系统具有PWM和PFM的双重优点。采用Matlab对其开环和闭环系统进行了仿真分析。最后通过整机实验验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract: A big power laser switching source was designed, and its main circuit and control model were established.PFW was added based on PWM, and switching circuit between PWM, PFW and control circuit of external characteristic were designed, the control system fulfilled the higher request, and have double excellence of PWM and PFM. The open loop and closed loop were simulated by Matlab. The experimental results show that the design is correct.
