摘要:
针对传统失效模式和影响分析(FMEA)中存在的问题,提出了一种基于区间三角模糊数与灰色关联分析法的改进FMEA方法,并将其应用到加工中心主轴系统的风险分析中。首先,利用区间三角模糊数对失效模式进行评价;其次,利用模糊层次分析法计算风险因子权重值;最后,利用灰色关联分析法对失效模式排序。实例结果表明:FM2(漏油)是风险优先度最高的失效模式。与其他两种方案相比,本文方法能更加合理地对失效模式进行排序。
