Optimization of the Three Parameters in Micro-hole Vibration Drilling Laminated Materials

Abstract:

Micro-hole drilling test of laminates is developed with electronic-controlled machine and the optimization of cutting parameters for various lamina of the material is carried out.New step three-parameter vibration drilling technological results used for laminates is proposed.The test demonstrates that the deflation of the drill point r,the error of the pore diameter Δ D ,the height of burrs H drilled by three parameter vibration drilling method are apparently reduced than that achieved by conventional drilling method.
