Inherent and Operational Reliability of CNC Lathe

Abstract:

A reliability study of computer numerical control (CNC) lathes is described.The failure position and subsystem,failure mode and causes are analyzed to indicate the weak subsystem of a CNC lathe.Furthermore,the inherent and operational reliability of CNC lathe is analyzed in order to improve the reliability of CNC lathe.
