Analysis of Power Consumption of Salt Field Filming Machine and Significance of Its Parameters

Abstract: Dimensionless variable equation of general mathematical model was derived by means of dimension analysis and Buckingham's π theorem,and it was linearized.Main working parameters of tested salt field filming machine were measured under prearranged conditions and data regression coefficients were estimated by least square technique.Effects of each parameter on power consumption were discussed.Results are not only helpful to improve filming machine and optimize its parameters,but also applicable to similar problem of many kinds of agricultural machine.
