Simulation of reliability and maintainability influence of machining center

Abstract:

In this paper,focus on machining center which is a typical repairable system,we introduce the reliability influence that the impact from failure number is considered and the maintainability influence that the impact from maintenance time is considered.Based on field experimental data,application Blocksim to simulate,using result of simulation we work out reliability influence and maintainability influence of components.At last,the results of sorting influence of components conform to realities.Further the results could guide reliability design and reliability growth of machining center.
