Analysis about failure correlation of CNC equipment base on DEMATEL

Abstract: On the basis of FMECA analyzing result about one type of CNC fault history data from production site, the paper calculated four kinds of correlation degree about correlative fault between subsystems by DEMATEL, analyzed correlation and all relationships of correlative fault and proposed a new method to calculate the dependent components failure rate.
