Parameterized design method for blade to chop stubble based on UG

Abstract: To improve the reliability and efficiency of the design of stubble crushing blade roller, the dynamic gap angle was visualized by drawing the trajectory of the blade cuttingedge using UG-NX3 software. New dynamic gap angle can be obtained by changing the kinematic parameters of the stubble chopper. 3D models of stubble crushing blade and blade disc were built to obtain the dynamic relationships among related dimensions. The 3D models were assembled and their interpositions were checked. Kinematic simulation analysis was conducted and results show that the original design requirement was satisfied. This provide a new design and analysis method for stubble roller design.
