Implementation of resource request middleware based on agent

Abstract: To deal with the resource request problem, we propose a middleware realization method based on agent. The information of user jobs and requirements are safely transmitted to the grid database by the client through https protocols. Then they trigger the grid request broker to act correspondingly. The resource request middleware based on agent is responsible for querying the resource information sever, finding the appropriate resource for the users from the whole grid, and scheduling the jobs submitted by the users. The grid sever (the resource provider) dynamically registers resource information to the information sever. By querying the information sever, the resource request broker can get all sorts of realtime resources in the current grid. It can also query the grid sever directly to get the information in the current grid. The work mechanism and implementation techniques of the middleware based on agent are also illuminated.
