Research on the design, simulation and optimization of logistics services ability based on |dynamic quality function deployment

Abstract:

This paper from the view of services design, driven by client needs, brings forward a new method that evaluating and improving logistics services ability. from the idea of a dynamic development, introduces  the QFD theory to the field of logistics service capabilities design. Develops a dynamic QFD model and HOQ linear programming model, taking example for automotive logistics enterprise, the paper carries out a demonstration analysis, and provide theory method for enterprises to work out logistics quickly responding to future market developments.
