摘要: 研究了球磨对TiFe合金电极放电性能的影响.结果表明,对采用电弧熔炼制备的TiFe合金进行短时间球磨处理可以明显改善其活化性能;采用球磨方法制备的TiFe合金因含有部分TiFe金属间化合物的固溶体,其放电容量高于电弧熔炼制备并经过球磨处理的TiFe晶态合金.

Abstract: The influence of ball-milling on the discharge properties of TiFe alloy electrodes was investigated. The results show that (1) ball-milling treatment for a short time can clearly increase discharge capacity of as-cast TiFe alloy made by vacuum arc melting; (2) the capacity of ball-milling Ti-Fe solid resolution electrode , which contained a small portion of TiFe intermetallic compound , is greater than that of Ti-Fe arc-melting and ball-milling alloy electrode.
