分光光度法测定硝普钠注射液中硝普钠的含量

Spectrophotometric Determination of Sodium Nitroprusside in Sodium Nitroprussid e Injection Solution

摘要: 在碱性条件下, 在含有苯酚和盐酸羟胺的溶液中加入硝普钠, 有蓝色物质生成, 该物质在波长690 nm处有最大吸收. 由此建立了测定硝普钠注射液中硝普钠含量的新的分光 光度分析法. 该方法线性范围1.0×10-5~8.0×10-5 mol/L, 标 准溶液测定的相对标准偏差为0.57%(n=6), 实际样品测定的回收率>95%, 与标准方法 对照分析的相对误差为-1.2%~0.91% , 40倍的Cl-, SO2-4 , HCO, Mg2+和Ca2+不干扰 测定.

Abstract: In alkaline medium, a reaction forming a blue product takes place among sodium nitroprusside, phenol and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The blue produ ct exhibits the maximum absorbance at a wavelength of 690 nm and can be measured by spectrophotometry. So a spectrophotometric method is developed for the dete rmination of sodium nitroprusside in the injection solution of sodium nitroprusside. The linear range of the method is 1.0×10-5~8.0×10-5 mol/L, RSD%=0.57%(n=6). The standard addition recoveries of the real samples ’ analyses are more than 95%. The relative errors between the proposed and the standard methods are -1.2%~0.91%. Cl-, SO2-4,  HCO-3, Mg2+ and Ca2+  don’t show obvious disturbance when their concentrations are respectively 40 times higher than that of sodium nitroprusside. The method is precise and the operation is easy and convenient.
