茜素红S修饰活性炭碳糊电极对铜离子的测定

Determination of Copper(Ⅱ) with Active Carbon Paste Electrode Modified with Sodium Alizarinsulfonate

摘要: 将吸附修饰剂茜素红S(Sodium Alizarinsulfonate)的活性炭粉掺入碳糊中制成修饰碳糊电极, 以应用于铜离子的阳极溶出法测定, 响应电流与铜离子的浓度在 1×10-8~3×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的分段线性关系, 最低检出限为5.6×10-9 mol/L. 多数离子不干扰. 我们改进了传统修饰碳糊电极的做法, 不仅保留了其原有的传统优点, 而且活性炭的加入使电流有所提高, 电极修饰剂稳定.

Abstract: A new sodium alizarinsulfonate modified active carbon paste electrode was development for Cu(Ⅱ) determination by means of anodic stripping voltammetry. The effects of some experimental parameters were studied, such as the best ratio of carbon paste, pH of supporting electrolyte, scan rate, preconcentration potential, preconcentration time and so on. The determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in the concentration range of 1×10-8~3×10-3 mol/L exhibited four linear responses. The detection limit was estimated to be 5.6×10-9 mol/L(S/N=3). Many coexisting ions had little or no effect in the analys is procedure. The new electrode offers many advantageous properties such as high stability and analytical sensitivity.
