近红外漫反射光谱法对蛇床子SFE萃取产物的质量监控

摘要: 采用近红外漫反射光谱法对中药蛇床子SFE萃取过程中主要成分蛇床子素和欧前胡素进行快速、 无损检测. 以HPLC分析值作参比值, 采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立近红外光谱信息与各组分含量间的定量校正模型. 讨论了波长范围的选择和主成分数对PLS定量预测蛇床子萃取物中蛇床子素和欧前胡素含量能力的影响, 并对预测集样品含量进行预测, 结果令人满意.

Abstract: A rapid and nondestructive method using nearinfrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was presented to determine the principal components (osthol and imperatorin) of Cnidium monieri  extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide. Partial least squares (PLS) method was utilized to establish the calibration models for describing the relationship between the nearinfrared spectral information and each component with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as a reference method. The effects of the region sele ction of wavelength and the numbers of principal components on the prediction ab ility of PLS were discussed and the concentrations of the samples of the prediction set were predicted, the predicted results were reliable.
