醇 碱 提 取 法 提 取 黄 芪 多 糖

Ethanolalkali Extraction Method of Astragalus Polysaccharides

摘要: 采用醇碱提取法提取黄芪多糖, 通过单因素实验设计分别研究了提取溶剂pH值、 料液比、 提取时间、 提取温度和提取溶剂乙醇浓度5种因素对黄芪多糖提取率的影响, 利用紫外(可见)分光光度法和红外光谱法对醇碱提取法提取黄芪多糖的含量进行 检测, 计算黄芪多糖的提取率为19.15%, 分别是水提取法和碱提取法的3.53倍和2.63倍, 残渣中有效成分的残留量低于其他两种提取方法.

Abstract: This paper deals with the ethanolalkali extraction method of astragalus polysaccharides, by which the effects of five extraction factors including pH of extraction solvent, the ratio of material to extraction solvent,extraction time, extraction temperature and ethanol concentration of extraction solvent on the rate of extraction were studied. The extraction rate of astragalus poly saccharides extracted by ethanolalkali extraction method was compared with those of water extraction method and alkaliextraction method and the content of astragaluspolysaccharides extracted by ethanolalkali extraction method was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and infrared spectrometry. The results show that the extraction rate of ethanolalkali extraction method is 19.15%, 3.53 times that of water extraction method and 2.63 times that of alkali extraction method, the residue of the efficiency components of ethanolalkali extraction method is less than those of the other methods.
