氢对非稳定奥氏体不锈钢的影响

摘要: 采用阴极充氢方法对非稳定的奥氏体不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)进行研究, 结果表明, 氢提高了不锈钢的层错能, 并导致晶内软化. 拉伸可以促进α′马氏体形成, 马氏体的形成增加了不锈钢的脆性. 

Abstract: Effect of hydrogen on unstable austenitic stainless steel was investigated by cathodic hydrogen charging. It was found that hydrogen increased the fault energy of this austenitic stainless steel and caused grain softening. Drawing improved the formation of α′ martensite phase, which increased the embrittlement of the material.
