Determination of Protein in Human Serum Albumin withPoly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) as Probe

摘要: 通过共振光散射(RLS)技术, 将聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)作为探针应用于人血清中总蛋白含量的测定. 在一定的人血清白蛋白(HSA)浓度范围(2.35×10-8-~1.17×10-6mol/L)内, HSAPDDA体系的RLS强度随HSA浓度的增加而增加, 并具有一定的线性关系. 将该方法应用于实际人血清中总蛋白含量的测定, 其结果与考马士亮蓝法得到的结果进行对比, 较为满意.

Abstract: Based on the interaction of total protein with poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA), a new method to determine the total protein in human serum was developed with the resonance light scattering (RLS) technique. Under appropriate conditions, the RLS intensity at the wavelength of 320 nm is directly proportional to the protein concentration in a range of 2.35×1 0-8~1.17×10-6 mol/L. The total protein in human serum was determined with the method mentioned above. The method was also compared with Bradford method and the results obtained were satisfactory.
