摘要: 应用水热溶剂热组合合成方法, 在Ga-H3PO3-1,2-dap(1,2-丙二胺)-EG(乙二醇)/H2O体系中合成了3种三维空旷骨架亚磷酸镓化合物以及1种磷酸镓化合物, 对其进行了红外光谱、 元素分析及X射线单晶衍射结构分析, 并讨论了合成因素对晶化的影响.

Abstract: Three gallium(Ⅲ) phosphites and gallium phosphate were synthesized by hydrothermal/solvothermal combinative technique under autogeneou s pressure in the system of Ga-H3PO3-1,2-dap-EG/H2O(1,2-dap: 1,2-diaminopropane, EG: ethyl glycol). Their structures were determined by means of singlecrystal Xray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma(ICP). In our work, we stressed the synthetic factors on the influence of the crystallization of such materials.
