摘要：

应用对角占优矩阵的概念, 给出了判定非奇异H-矩阵的一些新的充分条件, 从而推广和改进了已有对非奇异H矩阵的判别方法, 并用数值算例说明了这些判定方法的优越性.

Abstract:

Based on the concept of diagonally dominant matrices, several new sufficient conditions to determine nonsingular Hmat
rices are given and thus the corresponding results are improved and generalized in this paper. A numerical example is given to show the advantages of our results.
