醇溶性聚芴作为电子注入层对绿光聚合物发光器件性能的影响

Effects of Phosphonate Polyfluorene as Electron Injection Layeron Electroluminescence of Polymer LightEmitting Diodes

摘要:

将醇溶性含膦酸酯基团的聚芴作为电子注入材料应用到聚合物电致发光器件中, 并采用高功函金属铝作为阴极获得了高效率的聚合物电致发光. 对聚合物发光器件光电性能的研究结果表明, 与传统的Ca/Al阴极聚合物器件相比, 以膦酸酯聚芴/Al为阴极的聚合物器件的流明效率达到了15.8 cd/A, 提高了25%以上, 同时器件的工作电压降低了57%.

Abstract:

The authors fabricated polymer lightemitting diodes with high work function aluminum cathode based on a new alcoholsoluble polyfluorene with phosphonate groups in the side chains (PFEP) as an electron injection material. Compared with that of Ca/Al cathode, the performance of the PLEDs based on green polymer with this electron injection layer and Al cathode is enhanced. The driving voltages are lower and the lightemitting efficiency is increased to 15.8 cd/A.
