京 大 戟 的 化 学 成 分

Chemical Constituents of Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr

摘要:

采用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取中药材京大戟(Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr)的化学成分, 经硅胶、 ODS柱色谱法等分离纯化, 共得到7种化合物, 分别为3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(1)、 3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、 3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸(3)、 阿魏酸二十八酯(4)、 大戟二烯醇(5)、 β-谷甾醇(6)和胡萝卜苷(7). 理化性质和光谱数据鉴定表明, 除了β-谷甾醇外, 其余化合物均首次从该植物中获得.

Abstract:

Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr was isolated and purified by means of column chromatography on silica gel, ODS etc. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 3,3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (1), 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), 3,3′-di-O-methyl-ellagic-acid (3), octacosyl ferulate (4), euphol(5),β-sitosterol (6) and daucosterol (7). All the compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectral data, and they were all isolated from Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr for the first time except β-sitosterol.
