夏克-哈特曼阵列光斑质心探测误差比较

摘要:

在相同信噪比的情况下, 通过数值仿真对夏克哈特曼波前传感器阵列光斑的4种质心探测算法进行质心探测误差对比. 仿真结果表明, 强加权质心算法具有较好的适用性, 该算法在信噪比小于5时, 质心探测误差低于0.5像素. 在对阵列光斑进行质心探测时, 同时考虑质心探测误差和探测速率, 有效提高了质心探测的准确性和快速性.

Abstract:

The centroid detection errors of four methods of centroid detection algorithm about ShackHartmann array spots were compared at the same SNR, during which not only the centroid detection error but also the velocity of detection was taken into account. The experiment results indicate that IWCa has less detection error (CEE<0.5) although the SNR is lower than 5 and the velocity is also great. In consideration of  centroid detection error and detection rate, centroid detection accuracy and rapidity were effectively improved.
