摘要:

考虑由近场数据重构一维光栅的形状. 先在Rayleigh假设的情况下, 通过Fourier展开方法近似散射场, 再使用优化方法对光栅形状进行重构, 并给出了数值算例. 数值实验表明, 入射角对重构效果影响显著.

Abstract:

We considered the inverse diffraction of a timeharmonic wave incidence upon a periodic structure (grating) by near field data. First, based on the Rayleigh assumption, we approximated the scattered field by Fourier method. Then, the inverse scattering problem was solved by an optimization method. The numerical experiments show that the incident angles affect the numerical results.
