摘要:

采用高温固相法制备ZnB2O4 ∶Eu3+,Yb3+近红外发光材料, 通过X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱研究其制备条件及Eu3+和Yb3+掺杂对材料发光性能的影响, 并考察了反应时间及Eu3+和Yb3+掺杂摩尔分数对发光强度的影响. 实验结果表明, ZnB2O4 ∶]Eu3+,Yb3+材料中的近红外发光是通过Eu3+和Yb3+间的能量传递实现的.

Abstract:

ZnB2O4 ∶Eu3+,Yb3+ nearinfrared(NIR) lightemitting materials were prepared with a hightemperature solidstate method. The condition of preparation and the effects of Eu3+ and Yb3+ on lightemitting properties were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy, and the influences of reaction time and the doping concentration of Eu3+ and Yb3+ on the emission intensities were also  investigated. The results show that the NIR lightemitting of ZnB2O4 ∶Eu3+,Yb3+ was achieved by the energy transfer from Eu3+ to Yb3+.
